Java Spring Boot Expert - Dutch Speaking - Amsterdam - Start ASAP
Next Ventures seeks several Java experts to start work on an important project in the Netherlands ASAP.

Job Description:

Technical Leadership:

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team.
Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define technical requirements.
Design and develop scalable, high-performance Java applications using Spring Boot and latest Azure technologies
Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to team members.
Strong understanding of Java core concepts, design patterns, and best practices.
Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Proficiency in RESTful API development and integration.
Experience with Azure (GCP, AWS along with Azure is plus).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Azure knowledge is mandatory

 

Project Execution:

Lead and participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Innovation:
Stay updated on the latest Java, Azure , AI, infra technologies and trends.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and technological advancements.
Contribute to the RFP of innovative solutions.

• More than 8 years of IT experience with minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Should Speak Dutch.
• Must have good Hands-on experience in Java , Springboot, Microservices.
• Should have Good Azure cloud knowledge and hands-on experience
• Good knowledge of CICD, Agile DevOPs
• Should be willing to work in Hybrid way of working.
• Domain Expertise and banking tools / products knowledge in terms of end-to-end integrations is 

mandatory

This is a long term contract with extensions planned.
