Scientist LC-MS method development

Job description

Responsibilities

• Develop, design, perform, and analyze new physico-chemical methods using LC-MS-QDa as the primary skill.
• Manage feasibility and fit-for-purpose studies, including project management, reporting, and communication with different stakeholders.
• Take charge of lab work, including training, stock management, data integrity, and ensuring compliance with GMP standards.
• Write protocols, reports, and effectively communicate the results to relevant stakeholders.
• Demonstrate project management skills by mapping stakeholders, planning activities, and ensuring timely execution.

Profile

• Master's, Engineer's, or Ph.D. degree in Biology, Biochemistry, or Immunology.
• Good knowledge of analytical methods.
• Broad and thorough knowledge of LC-MS methods, including development, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in using software such as Empower and Excel for data analysis, graphing, and basic statistics.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
• Well-organized, open-minded, and able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• An open, proactive personality to collaborate with a team of young international researchers.
• Flexibility, tenacity, curiosity, and a strong logical approach to problem-solving.
• Enthusiastic and positive approach, with an open mind for local and global issues.
• Fluent in English and French.
