Product Launch Coordinator French 6 months

Are you looking for a 5-6 month project in a great international company in Rotterdam? During this project, you will be responsible for owning and controlling the launches of new products and re-designs.

Role responsibilities

• Managing projects of launches of finished goods, amends and de-lists, and creating paths to track the launch progress
• Managing communication flow among account managers, retailers, printers, etc to make sure that project delivery matches the agreed launch dates, and identifying possible project delays
• Initiating environmental, innovation, and cost saving initiatives in communication with group packaging
• Performing quarterly packaging audits and identifying issues and their resolution, and issuing regular progress reports
• Attending biweekly product launch meetings
• Maintaining the product launch plan and summary for the monthly board reports
• Overseeing the work flow and processes for the artwork, from concept to printed packaging
• Making sure that the packaging components will be available for launch
• Acting as the business representative for the pre-artwork meeting with customers
• Creating and issuing product information sheets
• Maintaining an artwork library of packaging items for customers and branded products
• Advising on issues with barcoding

The ideal candidate

• 1-2 years of experience in packaging, artwork or reprographics in a FMCG company
• Fluent in

French and English

; Dutch is a plus

• Experience in project management with deadlines
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, and ability to lead project meetings
• People management skills
• Self-starter
