This role empowers you to collaborate with diverse teams, influence ethical practices, and implement innovative solutions—all while making a tangible impact in an organization that values your expertise and ideas.    What you’ll do  As a Compliance Manager, you will ensure the organization meets its legal, regulatory, and internal compliance obligations. With expertise in ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards, you will champion compliance across the company and innovate processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.  Responsibilities include but are not limited to:  Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive compliance program, including policies and procedures that align with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards.  Conduct internal audits and risk analyses to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.  Coordinate and manage external audits, serving as the key contact for auditors.  Monitor and respond to changes in laws and regulations, ensuring internal processes are updated accordingly.  Deliver training and awareness programs to educate employees on compliance requirements and best practices.  Provide management with regular updates on compliance status, including key findings and recommendations.  Promote a culture of compliance and ethical behavior by engaging colleagues and external stakeholders.  Identify and implement innovative solutions to streamline compliance processes and enhance efficiency.  About you   You are highly detail-oriented and meticulous, ensuring compliance standards are thoroughly applied.  You are proactive and innovative, continually seeking to improve processes and find efficiencies.  You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling you to identify risks and implement effective solutions.  You communicate clearly and persuasively, engaging with diverse teams and stakeholders to build understanding and commitment to compliance.  You adapt easily to change and excel in dynamic environments.  You inspire trust and collaboration, promoting a positive and ethical workplace culture.  Qualifications   At least 5 years of experience in a compliance role, ideally within organizations certified to ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards.  Comprehensive knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards, as well as relevant laws and regulations.  Demonstrated expertise in conducting internal audits and managing external audit processes.  Strong analytical skills to assess compliance risks and develop practical improvement plans.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting, training, and collaboration.  Experience managing customer expectations regarding compliance matters.     Why Join Keesing?   At Keesing, we believe that diversity is our strength.
