At the core of our innovative fuel industry leader in Bladel, the role of team leader Procurement is pivotal in ensuring the seamless availability of materials critical for both production and spare parts. You'll be tasked with the exciting challenge of balancing material needs with inventory levels, all while aiming for top-notch customer service and efficient stock management. Your expertise in ERP systems, leadership skills, and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced setting will be key to our continued success.

Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory levels to ensure high On-Time In-Full (OTIF) delivery while minimizing stock value;
• Monitor supplier performance, ensuring adherence to agreements and fostering strong partnerships;
• Contribute to the development and optimization of departmental procedures and processes through active participation in continuous improvement activities;
• Lead team development by selecting, training, and evaluating members to ensure efficient departmental operations;
• Analyze and report on KPIs, taking action to enhance team performance based on these insights.

Functie-eisen

• Proficient in MS Office and ERP (Microsoft Business Central);
• Proven experience in procurement management and strategies;
• Fluent in English; third language (German/French) preferred;
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience;
• Strong problem-solving and adaptability in dynamic settings.
