TheAssociate Project Operations Manager Agilelies within the Amsterdam Office.You’ll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You’ll be reporting totheSr. Product Manager SCD – Europe. Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring seamless project operations within our Agile Taste Elevation and Away From Home project. Other responsibilities include end-to-end project delivery together with the cross-functional team, encompassing supply chain expertise, autonomous decision-making within Agile principles, and proactive management of project tasks and backlogs.You’re constantly looking for improvement activities within our Amsterdam Office. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide Supply Chain ExpertiseUtilize deep knowledge of supply chain principles and practices to drive efficient project operations.Offer guidance and insights on supply chain strategies, processes, and best practices to optimize project outcomes.Represent All Operations functions within low to medium complexity projectsServe as the primary liaison between project teams and operations functions, ensuring alignment and effective collaboration.Advocate for operations requirements and considerations throughout the project lifecycle.Responsible for End-to-End Project Delivery, together with cross-functional teamCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver low to medium complexity projects on time, within budget, and in alignment with strategic objectives.Autonomous Decision Making Within Agile Ways of WorkingCross-functional teams are empowered to make autonomous decisions within Agile frameworks, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.Managing Project Task Backlog (Action Tracker), Including Time CommitmentsMaintain and prioritize the project task backlog, ensuring clarity on action items and time commitments.Consolidating Project Inputs from Cross-Functional Team MembersGather and consolidate inputs from cross-functional team members, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.Facilitate effective communication and collaboration to streamline decision-making and problem-solving.Support in Supply Chain Sourcing Analyses and ProposalsConduct sourcing analysis to identify optimal factory or external manufacturer for project needs.Create User Stories for Supply Chain StakeholdersTranslate supply chain requirements and objectives into user stories, ensuring clear communication and alignment with Agile development processes.Collaborate with stakeholders to refine user stories and prioritize backlog items accordingly.QualificationsHard SkillsBachelor or Master degree;2-3 years of experience in a Supply Chain function;Business processes;Strong communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization;English and preferably 2nd language. Professional AttributesHands-on mentality to get things doneExperience in AGILE project delivery preferredSupply chain background and preferably commercial experienceBasic understanding of production processes and capabilities, risk assessment and validation of in–house and co-making operationsVocal, capable of communication to all levels and able to adapt the message to the audience involvedPro-active behavior (anticipate rather than reactive) What we offer you / You deserveAn ambitious employer; we only want to the best for you; A fast career track like only few other companies can match;A competitive salary and excellent bonus structure (above market);Permanent contract; for we believe in doing big bets on people;Reimbursement travel expenses;Always room for new ideas; if you have an excellent idea, please let us know and we can set it in action!About UsKraft Heinz is a global food company with a delicious heritage.
