The schedules and hour registrations are accurate, colleagues are informed of what is happening, and if there is anything process-wise that isn't running smoothly, we can always count on you to find creative solutions.Per shift, you coach about 2 to 3 employees. Since you are already multi-competent, it is your mission to ensure that they are too. From our perspective, our hotel, our living room, revolves around one thing; ultimate guest experience. With that in mind, you make every shift a creative, authentic, and special experience. If we have fun, the guest will definitely have fun.
