Interesting! What will I be doing?

You’ll be working as an Operation Technician, where you’ll be a crucial technical link. In this role, you’ll lead the onshore or offshore Flying Squad, overseeing a team of 3-6 technicians to intervene on drilling rigs. You’ll be responsible for the operation, safety, and environment of the installation where you’re present. You’ll prepare planned interventions, and in the event of an emergency, you’ll lead the incident with the help of the onshore emergency team. Overall, it’s a varied and exciting job that’s crucial in preventing and resolving major issues.

With your technical experience, you know how to lead a team both in preparation and at critical moments. When you’re relying on each other, your social skills come to the fore, and you make well-considered decisions. Your years of experience in this industry shine through, and you’re familiar with the offshore sector from your previous work. You currently live in the Netherlands and are willing to commute to Den Helder for your shifts. And perhaps that’s worth it for this job…
