The BUA Council of Excellence is a bi-weekly meeting where sprint results (including progress and quality) are presented by the scrum master/teamlead by using sprint reports. However, the results can differ considerably within the teams and across the teams. The reason for the difference in sprint results is not always that obvious or easy to indicate. The aim of this research is twofold: analyze the differences in results within and across teams based on sprint reports, and investigate which factors contribute to these differences. These factors include (but are not limited to) capacity, seniority of the team, design of the work process, certifications, etc. The goal is to obtain guidelines, (or tips and tricks) to improve the various result areas.
